Horizontal centrifuge is a machine used for liquid-solid separation
and filtration. The horizontal centrifuge uses the high-speed
rotating drum to generate centrifugal force to intercept the solid
particles in the suspension in the drum and automatically discharge
them out of the machine under the action of force; at the same
time, under the action of centrifugal force, the liquid in the
suspension is thrown out through the filter medium and the small
holes of the drum, thereby achieving the purpose of liquid-solid
separation and filtration.
Working principle:
The material enters the bottom of the sieve blue through the enamel
coated feeding tube and sieve seat. The material inside the sieve
blue is tightly attached to the sieve surface by centrifugal force.
Under the action of vibration force, the material layer moves
uniformly towards the large end of the sieve blue. The dehydrated
material is thrown out from around the sieve blue and falls into
the discharge port at the lower part of the machine casing.
Discharge downwards. The moisture in the material passes through
the material layer and sieve gap under the action of centrifugal
force, and is thrown around the casing, flowing along the casing
wall towards the drainage outlet.
