Product Introduction
Magnetic separators are widely used in resource recycling, wood
industry, mining industry, kiln industry, chemical industry, food
industry and other factories. They are suitable for wet magnetic
separation of magnetite, pyrrhotite, roasted ore, ilmenite and
other materials with particle size below 3mm. They are also used
for iron removal of coal, non-metallic minerals, building materials
and other materials. They are one of the most widely used and
versatile machines in the industry.
Technical features
Our magnetic separators integrate large cavity Kaizhuang
high-performance physical magnet technology, new multi-pointed
stainless steel wool material technology, solid-liquid-gas
three-phase flow membrane separation technology, high-power
low-voltage high-current rectification technology, PLC electronic
control technology, and flow, temperature, pressure and other
testing technologies.
The separation magnetic field is high (up to 2.2T), the magnetic
field gradient is high, and the magnetic field size can be freely
adjusted according to needs.
Adopting programmable control, the entire production process is
fully automatically controlled, which is convenient for changing
the process flow.
Application range
1. Purification and refining of fine-grained clay minerals (kaolin,
bauxite, etc.): remove fine weak magnetic impurity particles
(Fe2O3, TiO2) in clay ores;
2. Reduce the Fe2O3 content in quartz sand, feldspar, and barite;
3. Reduce the copper content in molybdenum concentrate;
4. Coal ash and sulfur removal;
5. Improve the quality of apatite;
Application example
The raw bauxite ore contains 1.69% Fe2O3, the magnetic separation
concentrate contains 0.23% Fe2O3, and the yield is 80%.
The raw coal-based kaolin ore contains 0.85% Fe2O3, the magnetic
separation concentrate contains 0.44% Fe2O3, and the yield is 89%.
