Product structure
The tensioning support adopts a steel and bolt connection
structure, which is beautiful in appearance and easy to assemble
and disassemble. For heavy and super heavy tensioning devices, a
set of springs is added to buffer and absorb vibration. In
addition, there are the following two features: (1) The screw of
the tensioning device of medium and light plate feeders is located
above the slide and placed under the inverted equilateral angle
steel, so the screw part can be free from contamination and damage;
the tensioning device of heavy and super heavy products has the
screw passing through the center of the slide. (2) The tensioning
device is divided into standard and heavy structures, and maintains
serialization and commonality with the lower tensioning device of
the bucket elevator.
The material of the moving sprocket is cast iron or steel, and the
rim is a replaceable tooth structure made of highly wear-resistant
hardened steel; the gearless rim of the tensioning sprocket is
modular and replaceable. This can reduce a lot of maintenance and
reduce maintenance costs. In addition, the replaceable gearless rim
can ensure correct and constant contact between the chain and the
sprocket to prevent the tooth surface from gluing.
Working Principle
The high-strength bulldozer die-forged chain with a pitch of
228.6mm (9 inches) is used as the traction part. The two chains are
connected to form a closed loop by passing through a pair of
driving sprockets installed at the head of the machine body and a
pair of tensioning wheels at the tail of the machine body. Each
link of the two rows of chains is equipped with overlapping,
heavy-duty conveying troughs to form a continuous conveying line
capable of carrying materials. Its dead weight and the weight of
the materials are supported by multiple rows of supporting rollers,
chain support wheels and slideway beams installed on the machine
body. The transmission system is connected to the reducer through
an AC variable frequency speed regulating motor, and then the
expansion sleeve is directly connected with the drive device to
drive the carrying mechanism to run at a low speed. The materials
unloaded from the tail silo are transported to the front of the
machine body along the conveying line for discharge, so as to
achieve the purpose of continuous and uniform feeding to the
working machinery below.
Working Purpose
It is a kind of continuous transport machinery widely used in
mining, metallurgy, building materials, ports, coal and chemical
mining enterprises. It is mainly used to continuously and evenly
supply and transfer various large heavy objects and abrasive bulk
materials from storage bins or transfer hoppers to crushers,
batching devices or transportation equipment.
Product Description
Our plate feeder, sometimes called apron feeder, is mainly used to
handle materials from 100mm to 200mm. It is widely used in mining,
transportation and batching in industries such as cement,
fertilizer, non-ferrous metals, mining, chemical industry,
metallurgy, papermaking, etc. It is generally suitable for
continuous material conveying in horizontal and inclined directions
for running machinery, silos, hoppers and other types of
containers.
It is mainly used to handle bulk materials with a bulk density not
exceeding 1.2t/m³, or a block weight not exceeding 140kg and a
temperature not exceeding 350°C. The WBL plate feeder produced by
our company is mainly used to convey bulk materials, so that the
feeder changes from intermittent feeding to continuous feeding. It
has the characteristics of large traction power, less leakage,
stable performance, long life and easy maintenance.
