Product Introduction

Large rotary kiln support wheel bearing group generally adopts sliding bearing, which is composed of support wheel, support wheel shaft, bearing bush, spherical bush and bearing seat. Support wheel is one of the key parts on rotary kiln equipment. It bears the rotation load of equipment and works under large alternating stress state. Therefore, the internal quality requirements of support wheel casting are high, and obvious casting defects are not allowed. Take the φ6.2/φ6.4m×90m rotary kiln support wheel as an example. The net weight of this product is 44.1t, the material is ZG42CrMo, the maximum diameter is 2800mm, the height is 1400mm, the maximum wall thickness is 830mm, and ultrasonic and magnetic powder non-destructive testing is carried out according to GB7233 medium II and Q/HMZ402-2002.

Material selection
Under normal circumstances, the rotary kiln support wheel should be more than 20HB higher than the outer surface hardness of the wheel belt. In the calcination operation of the rotary kiln, the material selection of its support wheel is very important. Generally, we will select the appropriate material of the tugboat to participate in the production according to the actual operation of the rotary kiln, but there are also reference standards in the selection process.
In the actual operation of the rotary kiln support wheel, if the diameter of the kiln used is within four meters, the material used should be higher than the relevant standards of JC/T401.2 and ZG340-640, and the castings involved in the production need to be normalized and tempered. After processing, the surface hardness of the outer circle should be higher than 190HB.
