Vibrating Feeder With Adjustable Bar Gap Used In Mining Metallurgy And Coal

Vibrating feeder is a feeding device widely used in metal, coal and other industries. It is mainly used to evenly discharge the material in the silo onto the belt conveyor to form a material layer of appropriate thickness and width.

Working Principle
A motor vibrating feeder uses two vibration motors of the same specification as the excitation source. The excitation force is generated by eccentric weights at each end of the motors, making it an ideal vibratory drive device. The feeding process of a motor vibrating feeder is achieved by reciprocating linear vibration of the feed trough in the inclined direction. When the component of the trough's vibration acceleration exceeds the component of gravity acceleration perpendicular to the trough, the material in the trough is thrown up and jumps forward in a parabolic wheel path. With each vibration of the trough, the material is thrown up once. In this way, the material continuously jumps forward at the trough's vibration frequency, achieving the desired feeding effect.
