Working principle

The motor drives the horizontal shaft to rotate, which in turn drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate through the gears. The eccentric sleeve then drives the movable cone to swing in a circle, thereby achieving continuous extrusion and crushing of stones. By adjusting the hydraulic cylinder at the bottom of the movable cone, the movable cone can be moved up and down, making it easy to adjust the size of the discharge opening and thus the product particle size. At the same time, the hydraulic cylinder also provides iron protection. When an unbreakable object enters the crushing chamber, the hydraulic cylinder can automatically drop the movable cone, thereby releasing the iron block and continuing to crush.

The above processing capacity is based on the following assumptions: feed 100% through the feed port width of 80%; 80% through 60% of the width of the feed port and 50% through the size of the screen 10% of the maximum feeding block. These values are suitable for materials with loose densities of 1.6 t/m3(100 lb/in³).
