Our company supplies jewel sand (jewelry sand, fused ceramsite, and ceramsite sand). Our products are of reliable quality and are widely used in various casting methods (investment casting, solid mold casting, and lost foam casting). They are a new type of raw sand for precision casting, coated sand, and self-hardening sand, and are also used for shot blasting (for aluminum, copper, and steel castings). Made from high-quality aluminum ore through high-temperature calcination, electric melting, and high-pressure aerosol spraying, this product offers significantly better value for money than zircon sand and chromite sand. In particular, it exhibits low expansion, resists sintering, pulverization, cracking, and sand adhesion (eliminating the negative impact on casting quality), and exhibits excellent recyclability, which improves casting yield.

Features of jewel sand
Its low thermal expansion coefficient and performance are comparable to zircon sand. Using it to prepare molding sand eliminates expansion defects in castings. The sand particles are spherical, exhibit good flowability and air permeability, and have a smooth surface and dense structure, ensuring uniform adhesive coverage. Jewel sand is a neutral material, suitable for both acidic and alkaline adhesives, and offers excellent recyclability and cost-effectiveness.
