Equipment Operating Principle: The electric motor transmits power
through a V-belt. After two-stage reduction by a reducer, the small
gear drives the large gear ring, driving the drum body to rotate
smoothly at the designed speed, ensuring uniform heating and drying
of the material inside.

3. Rotary Drum Dryer Rotary drum dryers are used in multiple
industries including food, feed, chemical, pharmaceutical, and
mining.
Workflow: After dehydration, the wet material enters the dryer and
is tumbled by evenly distributed lifters inside the drum, ensuring
full contact with hot air and accelerating heat and mass transfer
during drying. Under the combined action of the inclined lifters
and the hot airflow, the material is discharged as finished product
from the other end of the equipment through a star-shaped discharge
valve.
This machine is suitable for drying various types of waste
materials with a moisture content below 85%, such as brewer's
grains, soybean residue, sprayed corn husks, coal slime, and fruit
pomace. It has significant effects on expanding feed resources,
reducing breeding costs, and minimizing environmental pollution.
