(1) Broken wall

One of the main components of the cone crusher, also known as moving cone, is fixed on the cone body with a cone head. The broken wall of cone is forged by new composite material, which has the characteristics of super wear resistance, high cost performance and wide application field. The cone broken wall is fixed on the cone body by the cone head, and epoxy resin is cast between the two. After 6~8 hours of work, check the fastening condition of the newly installed or newly replaced cone broken wall, and tighten it immediately if it is found loose.

(2) Rolling mortar wall

Rolling mortar wall and crushing wall are the main parts that work together in cone breaking to crush the material. Because it is fixed, it is also called fixed cone. When the cone is broken in operation, the broken wall will do track movement, and the distance between the mill wall and the mortar wall is sometimes close and sometimes far away, so as to squeeze the broken material, part of the material will be discharged from the open side discharge port. The mortar wall has u-shaped screw handle on the adjustment ring, and zinc alloy is injected between the two to make them closely combined. When the mortar wall is newly installed or replaced, the tightening condition should be checked and u-shaped screw tightened again after 6~8 hours of work.
