lining plate. Its strong casting and forging, heat treatment and

2. Product parameters of liner of autogenous mill castings and
forgings
Using internationally recognized advanced mill liner simulation
special software, optimize the structure and size of the liner.
The tube and end cover lining plate are made of wear-resisting
chromium-molybdenum alloy steel and convex lining plate to improve
service life and grinding effect.
The lining plate is secured with flat head bolts, complete with
self-locking nut and sealing washer. The joint bolts have special
sealing measures to prevent leakage.
The number of bolts to hold the lining plate is 5%.
Wear-resistant rubber filling strips are used at the joint of the
end cover liner and barrel, which are fixed by the adjacent liner.
The rubber liner between the cylinder and the liner is 6mm thick to
reduce noise.
