1. Application fields of ceramsite sand:
Ceramsite sand is an alternative to natural quartz sand, glass

3. Ceramic sand production line process:
Raw materials (fly ash quantitative admixture) mixed grinding -
granulation - burning - stacking - transport (bagging). In order to control the preheating time according to the condition
of raw material, it is suitable to use double cylinde rotary kiln
in the production of pulverized coal ash pottery, that is, the rotary speed of preheating section and drying section of kiln can be controlled separately. The technological process is:
raw material stirring - granulation - screening - sintering -
stacking - transportation (bagging). During operation, attention
should be paid to prevent the materials from clumping in the kiln
and affecting the quality.
