1. Specification and model of raw material mill

Tube mill for cement production: The specifications of raw material mill and cement mill range from φ2.2x6.5 to φ4.6 x 14.0m, with a total of 46 specifications. The output is 15～220 t/d.

2. Technical characteristics of raw material mill

(1) The transmission forms used by the drum mill include edge leaflet, center drive, multi-point meshing edge drive, etc.; the drive forms include asynchronous motor + reducer + pinion + large gear and synchronous motor + air clutch + pinion + large gear;

(2) Generally, the support method of static and dynamic pressure bearings at both ends is adopted, and a fully enclosed self-aligning 1200 line contact 'rocker type' bearing is used. Full static pressure support;

(3) The large open gear is designed according to the American AGMA standard, equipped with a sealed and reliable gear cover, and equipped with a glycerin automatic spray lubricating device;

(4) The cylinder is the key part of the mill, and a computer is used to carry out finite element analysis on it to ensure the reliability of its use;

(5) The large and medium-sized mills are equipped with slow drive devices;

(6) Large and medium-sized mills are equipped with high and low pressure lubrication stations;

(7) The control and protection system adopts PLC control.

The raw material ball mill is mainly used for the grinding of finished products and raw materials in cement plants. It can be used for open-flow grinding, and it is also suitable for circulating-flow grinding combined with a powder separator.

The raw material ball mill has the characteristics of strong adaptability to materials, continuous production, large crushing ratio, and easy adjustment of the fineness of the grinding products. It can be produced either dry or wet, or it can be ground and dried at the same time.
