2. Product structure of crown wheel and guide wheel, castings and forgings
There are basically two kinds of roof wheel & guide wheel
structure: one is the spoke structure, the other is the welding
structure. The former is the old structure, the overall rigidity is
poor, spokes are easy to break in use. Rope groove liner is
hardwood material, easy to wear, frequent replacement, and noise in
operation. The inner diameter of the swimming wheel is inset with
bearing bush, and the rotating mating surface is lubricated by
grease in the oil cup. After a certain period of use, the grease
will deteriorate and dry up, and the oil passage will be blocked,
which is not conducive to lubrication again. The bearing bush is
made of cast iron, which is easy to wear and fracture, and the
maintenance workload is large.
The welded type is improved in structure to improve the overall
strength, wear-resistant engineering plastics are used for the
lining of the rope groove to prolong the service life, high-quality
brass materials are used for the bearing bush, thin oil is used for
lubrication, and the oil cup is moved to the outer circular side of
the swimming wheel to facilitate the daily oil filling operation.
