1. Features of sinking winch conveying hoisting machine:

3. Structure overview of sinking winch conveying hoisting machine
The structure of this series winch is winding type, which is mainly
composed of spindle device, reducer, elastic coupling with brake
wheel, working brake, safety brake, frame, motor and other parts.
(1) Spindle device
Spindle device includes: spindle, gear, drum, brake wheel, bearing
seat and bearing, etc. The drum is connected with the gear and the
brake wheel by the copper sleeve and bolt, and the gear is
connected with the main shaft by the key, so the main shaft only
rotates with the drum and does not transfer torque. The exit
direction of the wire rope is up.
(2) reducer
Reducer is the use of spherical worm gear pair deceleration, plus a
change gear. Change the fast and slow position of the gear change
handle, which can change the fast and slow two speeds.
Double-barrel 10-ton winch has a set of differential system, the
differential handle is placed in the straight-through position, the
speed of the two gears of the output shaft of the reducer is
identical; If the differential handle is placed in the differential
position, the two gears can produce relative rotation, that is,
differential action.
(3) Working brake
Working brake using tile type brake, start the motor,
electro-hydraulic actuator to loosen the brake, stop the motor is
spring force brake.
(4) Safety brake
Full brake for tile floating type, by the weight of the hammer down
for braking, electrohydraulic actuator loose brake.
4. Folding winch lubrication of sinking winch conveying hoisting machine
(1) The reducer shall be lubricated with winter HL-20 gear oil or
HG-24 saturated cylinder oil, and its oil surface shall ensure that
the worm is fully immersed in oil. The reducer is used once a year
to change the oil.
(2) The bearing of the spindle and the bearing of the output shaft
end of the reducer should be replaced regularly or supplemented
with No. 4 calcium-based grease, and the oil should be changed once
every two years.
(3) Lubricating oil should be added to the open gear before each
start.
(4) The remaining parts to be lubricated should be lubricated
before each start, especially the thrust ring between the two gears
on the output shaft of the reducer and the shaft sleeve of the
movable gear should be lubricated.
