Steel shell medium frequency induction melting furnace
Medium frequency steel shell melting furnace is composed of medium
frequency power supply cabinet, compensation capacitor bank, steel
shell furnace body, magnetic yoke and water-cooled cable, hydraulic
station, tilting furnace control box, etc. Mainly used in smelting
steel, iron, copper, aluminium and alloys, with high melting
efficiency, good power saving effect, uniform metal composition,
less burning loss, fast temperature rise, easy temperature control
and other characteristics, suitable for various metal smelting
occasions, all maintenance points.

Working principle
The basic principle of induction heating is adopted in the medium
frequency steel shell melting furnace. Induction heating is a
method of heating the load with induction current generated by
electromagnetic induction in the load itself. The law of
electromagnetic induction e=W*-d/dt is also applied.
