Product Description

Disc brake, as the name implies is named after its shape.It is controlled by hydraulic pressure, the
main components are brake disc, pump, brake clamp, oil pipe and so on.The brake disc is made of alloy steel and fixed to the
wheel, which rotates with the wheel.Disc brakes have been widely used in cars, most cars are now used for all the wheels, a few
cars only as a front wheel brake, with the rear wheel drum brakes, so that the car has a higher braking direction stability.
Another ventilated brake disc, from the appearance, you will find that there are many from the center of the brake disc to the
edge of the hole, these holes are made by a special process, they can through the centrifugal force generated in the vehicle
driving air convection, for the brake disc cooling, played a role in preventing the thermal attenuation of the brake.

Working Principle

When braking, the oil is pressed into the inner and outer cylinder, the piston in the hydraulic action of the two brake block

pressure brake disc, friction torque and braking.At this point, the edge of the rectangular rubber seal ring in the wheel cylinder

groove produces a small amount of elastic deformation under the action of piston friction.When the brake is relaxed, the piston

and brake block depend on the elastic of the seal ring and the elastic return of the spring.Since the edge deformation of the

rectangular seal ring is very small, when not braking, the clearance between the friction disc and the disc is only about 0.1mm,

which is enough to ensure the release of the brake.And because the brake disc by thermal expansion, the thickness of only trace

changes, it will not occur "supporting hysteresis" phenomenon.In addition to sealing, the rectangular rubber sealing ring also

plays the role of piston return and automatic clearance adjustment.If the friction disc of the brake block and disc clearance wear

increases, when the brake ring deformation reached the limit, the piston can continue to move, until the friction disc compression

brake disc.After the brake is released, the rectangular rubber seal pushes the piston back the same distance as before the wear,

still maintaining the standard value.
